(Another early) experiment in CGing - using the dodge tool and adding a rain effect. For the rain, I used a combo of filters - 'add noise' (mono), 'fresco', and 'motion blur'. Fresco was used to lessen the amount of 'white specs' on the mono noise and thus it gave me less condensed 'rain drops' in the end.

Before I started cging I could see the anatomy problems (not to mention CG). :\ Still, I like the pose I've done.

Samus is great.

(note: I deliberately enlarged the shoulder guards because....it's cool. XD )

well if you mess with the colors you coul make it as if shes being seen through the eyes of a metroid or space pirate XD.... therefore the porportions wouldnt be so bad.. but it was really well done in effects, coloring, and shading >.>;;; and over al detail minus porporions.. more practice and oyull get great at it.

Nice job. I always wanted to know how to make rain in PS!
Anyways, lol yea those shoulder pads are huge but they do look cool =)

Wow this is great, reminds me of the SNES version when the thunder comes in and the rain at the start. That really impressed me back in the day. Nice work.
